Bronx is home!!:) Tyson and I went to the hospital this morning at 0800 for his last feeding in the NICU!! Bronx was discharged this morning and was home by 0915. We are so glad to have him home with us.
I was kind of nervous to see what Teague's reaction was going to be to his little brother, but he loves and adores him. When Teague woke up this morning, I went in and got him out of his room and I was holding Bronx. We went and sat out on the couch and Teague immediately held out his arms and wanted to hold Bronx. He started chatting in his face...telling him all about life and giving him some good advice I am sure!!;) He has wanted to hold him all day long. It is really cute because he will sit down on the floor and then hold out his arms for Bronx. This afternoon, Bronx was laying in Teague's lap and got the hiccups. Teague thought that was hysterical. Every time Bronx would hiccup it would make his head bobble up and Teague would bust out laughing. He did this for a good couple of minutes, and even fell over backwards because he thought it was so comical!!:)
Bronx has officially been initiated into the family, compliments of Teague. He has been hit in the head with one of Teague's little basketballs, had a pencil thrown into his little crib I guess as a present from Teague, and has had a cell phone tossed at him, not to mention all of the times we have told Teague when he is touching him to be soft and he has been a little bit rougher than necessary. I think that Bronx is going to grow up being one tough little boy with a big brother like Teague!!:) It really is so much fun watching Teague interact with him and I am sure as they get older they will be best buddies!!:) We are so in love with these two little boys!!
