One Month Old

6lb 3oz and 19in long

Rebel is one month old today and I am still amazed that he is home with us and not in the NICU.  We are so grateful to have him home and grateful that he is doing so well.  There is something so special about his sweet little spirit.  I can't pin point what it is, but he is definitely special!  He just fits into our little family and we feel so blessed to have him in our home.

Some things about our little Rebel:

*He eats 2-2.5oz every 3 hours.  He is pretty much on the same schedule he was in the NICU.

*He is starting to stay awake a little bit during the day which is fun to be able to watch him interact a little bit.

*He still doesn't burp every feed but is starting to get easier to burp when he needs to.

*He is a very easy going baby. Tyson and I were counting and we have only heard him cry 10 times or less.

*He gets the hiccups a lot.  Almost after every feed and they last for quite a while.

*He gets a lot of attention at our house!  The boys are always asking if they can touch him or rub his head.  

*Rebel loves to snuggle and we take advantage of it!  He is so precious and can't seem to get enough cuddle time with him in!:)
