Kristen participated in the track and field Special Olympics in Idaho Falls, and we were able to go and watch her. It was a nice little break from the same old every 3 hr feeds down at the hospital. Even though we had to miss some of Rebel's feeds, we knew he was being well taken care of!
Kristen did the long jump, where she placed second, and then she did the 4x100 relay and her team took first. She did great and I think she had a lot of fun! It was such a neat experience watching all of the athletes and seeing what they were all capable of doing.
