One Year Old

I can't believe that it has already been a year since we brought our sweet little baby home. What a fun year it has been!!:) He is so much fun and I don't think Tyson and I knew how great it really would be to be parents. Especially to such a fun and adorable little chunk!! Teague is constantly making us laugh with his cute personality. He continues to walk along the furniture and occasionally stands on his own, but hasn't ventured out to taking any steps on his own. He is always finding things to pull down on himself, including the vacuum, the kitchen chairs, decorative tables, etc. He has also learned about the kitchen cupboards and enjoys pulling whatever he can find out of them. Lately, he thinks it is funny to try and bite our toes whenever we aren't looking!! Gross... I know!!:) He continues to babble a lot and is an expert at saying "da-da" but we can't get him to say "ma"!!;) He loves to wave 'bye-bye' and still loves to clap whenever we tell him 'good job'. Tyson and I couldn't be happier with our sweet little boy and look forward to the upcoming year to watch him continue to grow and develop.

Is turning One!!

22lbs 8oz & 29 1/4in long

Tyson had to work the night before and the night of Teague's birthday, so we just had a little birthday celebration before Tyson went to work. I made cupcakes so that he could have his own and he was really cute digging in and getting dirty!!

After we had the cupcakes, we let him open a few of his presents. He wasn't too sure about opening them and didn't seem too excited. Probably because the night before, when I had just gotten one of them wrapped, he came over and tore the paper off!!:)

We look forward to many more fun birthdays with our little guy!!:)
