1st Birthday Party

We were glad to be home for a few days around Teague's birthday, so that we could celebrate with family. I decided to do a circus/carnival theme and it was a lot of fun.
Here Teague is in the bathroom getting his hair done before the party!!:)
Such a cute picture of Teague and Chris.
Here is the cake that I made for Teague!!
Here it is sitting next to his pinata.
Practicing up before the party!!
We had hotdogs for dinner in little hotdog boats like at a real circus/carnival and then after dinner we had popcorn in popcorn holders to eat during the activities.

The first thing that we did was facepainting.
Brittany painting cute Harlee's face.
Teague getting a #1 painted on his forehead.

Then we played a bean bag game.

Tyson and Randy decided to try and show the little kids up!!:)
Teague getting his turn.
And last, but not least, Kristen taking a shot at it.

Then we played a few rounds of pin the tail on the donkey.

Next were the balloon animals, which ended up turning into a big balloon sword fight with all of the kids and Kristen!!:)

Kylee and Teague, biting on his flower.

After the balloon fight, we went out into the garage for the pinata. We had a few issues with it because after I had filled it with a 6lb bag of candy from Costco, my mom read the tag and it said not to be filled with more than 2lbs!! Oops!! It still worked out fine though!!
Hatcher taking the first swing.
Kristen went after all of the kids had gone. As you can see, it is about ready to fall apart.
We let Hatcher finish it off!!:)

We then had cake and ice cream and let Teague dig into his "circus tent" cake!!

Once he had a whole bunch of it on his hand and really messy, he didn't like it all that much!!:)

Time for presents!! He wasn't too excited about the opening, but liked playing with the things that he got. Thanks everybody for all of the presents. He sure got spoiled!!

Cute little outfit Grandma and Grandpa Wheatley got him...
as well as a little trike!!

A Boise State jersey from his cousins!!
A big present to unwrap from Grandma and Grandpa Grover.
Some help from the cousins!!:)
A John Deere Tractor car!!
He had a lot of fun playing with it but was a little bit crazy!! He would try and walk with it really fast and then end up falling down!!:)

Not wanting anybody to help him!!

He also got some money, another outfit and little Santa hat, and some cute and chunky farm animals on wheels.
Mandy, Mike & Teague all partied out!!:)
Thanks everybody for such a fun night!!
