My parent's were in charge of the Dolph Reunion this year which was held at Camp Taylor. Tyson wasn't able to go to any of it because he had to work all weekend, but Kylee was here and was a big help! Kylee and I would go up for the day and then just head back home each night to sleep. It made things a lot easier than having to pack everything for all three boys.
I love getting together with my extended family. It is so nice being able to catch up on what is going on in every body's lives. The boys made lots of little friends and had a blast being able to play all day long outside. The reunion was filled with lots of visiting, yummy food, Rzr rides, games, horseshoes, the kiddie pool, celebrating Grandma Dolph's 80th birthday, receiving a copy of her life history, campfires, and a few rainstorms here and there to make things a little less dusty and little more interesting!:)
This picture is after an amazing Rzr ride that Kylee took me on. We were getting pelted with rain the entire way back and for whatever reason, it seemed to make things that much more hilarious! My favorite part was looking over at her while we were going over the huge bumps in the road, and getting reminded of Medusa on 'The Rescuers'!:) Classic! It was even more hilarious because her ankle was hurt and swollen so there was a little bit of "stop and go" going on! Good memories!:)
