Rebel was able to increase his feeds to 20cc or 25cc if he would take it. He ended up taking 25cc every single feed like a champ! It is so amazing that he is able to feed so well for being so early. The IV in his hand infiltrated and he got a new IV placed in his scalp during the night. They told us that he will probably be able to have his IV discontinued if he continues on the same track, in the next couple of days. One less cord to worry about is always nice!:) His bili levels were slightly elevated, but they said they would recheck it in the morning to see if it improves. If it is even more elevated, he will probably need the light therapy for jaundice. Today he weighed 3lb 15oz! I can't believe he got down to the 3lb range. He may be small but he sure has a big fight and drive in him!:) We sure do love him and couldn't be more pleased with how well he continues to do.
