I cannot believe that our little baby is already 11 months old! It makes me sad to think that he will be one in a month!  Where has the year gone?!  It seems it has been the fastest year yet!  I still remember being so excited to bring little Bronx home, weighing just over 5lbs after 14 days in the NICU.  I don't think I ever realized what a blessing and light little Bronx would be to us!  He has brought more joy to us that we ever could have imagined! 

Bronx now has four teeth.  Two on the bottom and two on the top!  Tyson calls him Goofy because his top teeth are really big and really far apart!:)  I will have to get a picture of them and show you what I mean!  They are just too cute!:)  He is eating table food on a regular basis now and loves the Gerber graduates, if they are pasta.  He must take after his mother!;)  Formula is definitely still his number one choice.

Bronx is finally better at sleeping and has actually been sleeping through the night quite a bit for the past few weeks.  I decided to try and do the "cry out" to see if I could get all of us on a better sleeping pattern.  The first night, (don't ask me how I did it), I let him cry for an hour and 30 minutes before he finally fell back asleep by figuring out how to soothe himself.  It was so painful listening to him cry and cry because I, of course, couldn't sleep either.  I stuck with my plan, and each night got a little bit better with a shorter cry period.  He would always wake up around midnight or one and then end up crying himself back to sleep.  But, this last week has been even better.  He has been going to bed around 9:30 and then sleeping through the night until 6:30ish.  He still wakes up occasionally, but only cries for a minute or so before falling back asleep.  It is so nice not getting up with him all through the night!  It only took us 11 months to figure all of this out!:)

Bronx is pulling himself up onto everything and walks around all of the furniture like a pro.  He has started pushing little carts and tractors around but isn't the most steady on his feet yet!:)  It is so cute watching him though! And I love that he laughs hysterically while doing it!  He thinks its the greatest!

Speaking of laughing....I have started reading to Bronx more and more and he cracks me up!  It doesn't matter what book it is, whenever I point to something or turn the page he busts up laughing!  I try to tell him that reading isn't always a laughing matter, and I just get a big cheesy grin with big brown eyes looking up at me!:)

Bronx still loves to clap and wave bye-bye!  He isn't much of a jabber box and tends to just keep to himself!  Unless it is laughing of course!:)
We love our little Bronx and his calm demeanor!  We are so blessed!
