I had the hardest time trying to come up with something for Teague to be for Halloween. Costumes that are sized 6-12 months are cute....but remind me too much of a stuffed animal. A costume I know Teague would throw a fit wearing. I looked all over and could not find anything that I just loved. I contemplated sewing an outfit for him, but never could find a good pattern. So, after much brainstorming, and with the help of my mom and sisters, we came up with an outfit that Teague already owned and there would be nothing to purchase. Which, I must say is my favorite kind of costume. Growing up, my mom always made our costumes, or we came up with something from things that we had around the house. No fancy, over priced costumes from the store. (Which I will admit, when I was younger, those are exactly the ones that I wanted.) So, here I carry on the tradition, and used things that are practical and will get much use out of them. Here is our cute little basketball player!!

That's a great idea! I'm still trying to decide what to do with the girls and Tyler.
Love the "get this headband off of me" picture.
Melissa, I love all the updates! It's so fun to see what you and your cute family are up to. I'm super sad that you are so far away, but it looks like it's going great for you guys, and I'm so glad! Not like we hung out when you lived closer, anyway:)
