We were able to take a little day roadtrip to Seattle one Friday with our friends, the Parish's. I had never been to Seattle before, and when I was younger, Seattle is where I always said that I wanted to live!! I am not really sure why, but I think it is because I love the rain. After being there, I don't think I could ever live there. It was really fun to visit and see but probably not a place I could raise a family. It was fun going to Pike Place and seeing all of the little shops and stands set up. My favorite was definitely the famous Pike Place Fish Market.

And the produce looks amazingI took some pictures of the city, but they have no special significance to me. I am not really sure what half of them are to tell you the truth.:) I just wanted to capture pictures of what the city is like.

After we were done walking down by the water and through the shops, we went to the Space Needle. It was really cool being able to see the view from up high.

We were told that you can only see Mt. Rainier 80 days out of the year, due to the fog and clouds. I am not sure how accurate that is, but we were able to get a good view of it up in the Space Needle, which you will be able to see in the picture below.
