This year was my first Mother's Day as a mom and I must say that I do love being a mom. I remember last year around Mother's Day I knew that I was pregnant but we had not told anybody yet and there was still so much that could happen in between then and the time that I was due. I remember being so excited but this year was definitely even more enjoyable having our little joy here with us to help celebrate. Teague makes life so much fun and Tyson and I feel so blessed and thankful to have the opportunity to be his parents.
We were able to have some of my mom's family come for the day and we had a lot of fun. Not an hour went by that we didn't think about Grandma Hansen, who passed away last December, and think of the great example and lady that she is. She has done so much for our family and we love her and know that we will be able to live with her again.

Mom and Teague--I am so grateful for my mom and can't even begin to let her know how much I love and appreciate the person that she is. She has been so loving and supportive and is a great example of who I would like to someday become. If only we could all be as great as our mothers!!:)
