Bronx is 2

Our cute little Bronx!  He is full of spunk and keeps us on our toes. It wasn't until just recently that he started talking.  He would maybe say one word here and there but other than that he would just point and say, "uh, uh, uh!" After discussing things with our pediatrician, we started to wonder if he needed to possibly start some speech therapy.  I tried to work with him at home and it just didn't seem like he was improving at all.  Then, one day he just started saying things.  By the end of the week, no joke, he was talking like most little two year old kids.  We didn't do anything special for him, he just decided on his own that he was ready to use his vocabulary!:)  We have enjoyed hearing him talk and realize that his quiet, mischievous personality is still there, just not as quiet!:)  He is so much fun.  I will give you an example of our sly little Bronx.  We were out at my parent's house in the back yard for Dax's birthday party.  The kiddie pool was out and the boys had been playing in it a little bit.  Bronx went over to the pool and got a cup full of water, looked and walked around, and then quietly went over and poured his cup of water on Grandma Dolph's lap.  This kind of stuff happens quite often, so we have to keep our eyes on him!  He always seems to be up to something!:)

Bronx has such a sweet side to him as well.  He likes to cuddle and read books and I love taking advantage of those opportunities.  His smile is captivating and his laugh is contagious.  We sure love and can't get enough of our handsome little two year old!
